At Maple Lane, every appointment is more than a visit – it’s a thoughtfully created experience filled with imagination, care, and joy. To keep it personal and unhurried, we’ve put together a few simple visit details to help everything run smoothly.
How do I book an appointment?
Click on the booking link and schedule a time that works best for you! Appointments are 30 minutes and include the full Maple Lane doll experience along with time to pick out extra accessories from our gift shop if desired. A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your doll purchase at the visit.
Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
To make each visit feel personal and unhurried, all experiences are by appointment only. This allows us to give every child full attention and make their time at Maple Lane truly special.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments will result in the $25 booking fee being kept.

Can I bring guests and family?
We welcome family members to join and share in the experience! Siblings are also welcome to attend and be part of the visit. We simply ask that the focus remains on creating a calm and enjoyable moment for every child.
Can I schedule two children together for the experience?
Of course, what a special time that will be! We would ask that you go ahead and book two 30 minute appointments back to back to ensure each child receives a special experience and both are welcome to come together for the full hour.
Where are you located?
Our address is 6907 Shelbybille Rd in Simpsonville, KY. We are tucked in at the back of the parking lot shared with Little Mount Lavender (keep an eye out for a building that looks like a doll house with pink shutters).
What payments are accepted?
To keep things simple and seamless during your visit, Maple Lane is a cashless experience. We accept all major credit/debit cards and tap to pay.
*We do not accept Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, or Zelle.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards in any amount to Maple Lane and we package them for you so they are ready to gift for the special child in your life. Please email maplelaneky@gmail.com or message us on Facebook/Instragram and we will arrange a time for pick up.
Is photography allowed during our visit?
Absolutely! We want you to capture and video each moment you desire. We would love to share your experience with your consent, as well. We will have consent forms available for you to sign if you would like for us to share your experience also. Any photos or videos you would like to send to us, we will compile and share with the Maple Lane community.
Can I exchange or return items?
Because time, planning, and product selection are reserved specifically for your visit, all doll & accessory purchases are final and non-refundable. If within 24 hours of purchase an item is found defective or damaged, please reach out by email to maplelaneky@gmail.com for an exchange.
